Particularly good and excellent location of the hotel, with pleasant view. 10 km from the airport. Cheap and large rooms, very polite staff apart from the manager.

The garden and terrace was very good.
The attitude of the staff. We often felt as if we were in the way.

Guest rooms here come with a private balcony and large windows, giving you plenty of natural light. You can enjoy a tasty breakfast here, complete with a professional espresso machine for that perfect cup of coffee. They also offer yoghurt and fresh fruit to start your day right. 🍳

The staff was very helpful and the location was just close enough to the center without being in the middle of all of the noise and tourists. There is a Beautiful garden terrace and some rooms have their own sitting area. A decent breakfast is provided.
It is rather old and could use updating. The bathroom showed evidence of rust and cracking. These are things that are easily ignored.

Polite staff, beautiful place, relaxed atmosphere. Good for both first visit to Florence, even better for second visit, since it is almost on the outskirts of the city and you can drive out to the near smaller cities and villages and enjoy Tuscany the way it should be enjoyed. And at the same time you are ten minutes away from the city center.

The beds were relaxing, and I had a good night's sleep in a quiet area surrounded by delicious coffee options from Americano to café latte.

We stayed in Florence for a week, spent our time there visiting the city and the countryside and came to the hotel only to lay our heads on the pillow; had one of those rooms on the ground floor with direct access to the little garden - very nice, quite relaxing at the end of a busy day. Best of all, we liked the young man who worked there as a jack of all trades, Mirco, a very nice, friendly, thoughtful person. The bus stops around the hotel provide easy access to the railway station, Fiesole, other parts of the town.
Breakfast, fair, but rather monotonous. The people staying at the hotel who didn't speak the language of the country had a problem making themselves understood. The room was rather cold at night. ( we can blame the weather for that! extra blankets available).

The breakfast here was hearty with a top-notch espresso machine available; the well-organized king room provided great comfort, plus a beautiful view of the terrace enhanced the experience.

We booked a parking place, but when we arrived the parking was full, and the hotel didn't help us to find a solution! We had to find a place in the street (far from the hotel) and to pay it... The room was dirty and very cold.

I made a taxi reservation but no taxi came at that time. I have to call the taxi center and if finally came after 40 minutes! I missed my flight!!!!!!

The room was a good size with a regular bathroom, a peaceful garden view, and a terrace, in a quiet area with a bus stop close by.

Hotel was nice, but too far away from the city. There is a bus that runs from the hotel to the city centre, however you can still waste quite a bit of time travelling. Bathrooms were not very clean.

The place was impeccably clean with an amicable and fairly friendly staff apart from the manager. The room was well-organised with garden view and we liked the stay. Everything was simply perfect🙂
